St. Nicholas Hand Puppet Materials: Felt in red, white, yellow, and purple Craft glue Black 3-D scribble paint (scribble paint adds dimension and sheen)
Equipment: Scissors
Directions: 1. Cut out 2 body parts of red felt. Glue two pieces together around edges, leaving the bottom open. Let dry. 2. Cut out other pattern pieces: white hair and beard in 1 piece, white mustache, pink face, red nose, 2 pink hands, purple miter (hat), yellow cross. 3. Glue pink face in position. Glue hair and beard, leaving lower beard free. Glue mustache, then purple miter, then red nose, then yellow cross. Glue pink hand circles in position. Let dry. 4. Put in eyes with black 3-D scribble paint. Let dry 2–4 hours.
