Chris Connors leads a light movement meditation to begin the weekend (all levels/ experience welcome, as per the whole weekend)

Tamara Russell holds a pre-sleep meditation to get us ready for bed

Saturday 18th February 8:30 - 9:30 9:30 - 10:30

Tamara Russell starts the day off with a Tai Chi session Breakfast

Free Time or tour of the site with Ed, founder of West Lexham

Suzy Greaves presents a site-wide mindfulness activity. Where in Nature is There Stillness and Movement? Journaling / writing exercises.

Free Time (one-on-one sessions with facilitators available throughout the weekend)
