Viet Nom Nom was started right here in Evanston! In 2015, Noah Bleicher started the early concept during his days as a grad student at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He soon teamed with Alan Moy & the two co-owners have grown the business from its original focus on campus to now open its first store location on Church Street. Noah & Alan share an unwavering commitment to the pillars of community and serving food that contributes to a better future for all those in the Nom Nom family. The duo aims to take its vision to a grand scale with several locations (some are already in the works!) and is excited & honored to start their dream here in Evanston, Illinois.
