STUDENT/ TEACHER LICENSE ORDER ORDER CONDITIONS The conditions listed below must be met before registering and receiving our product(s). Special conditions and limited usage rights apply. Details can be found in the End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be viewed online at www.maxon.net/en/about/legal. The following persons with a current and valid enrolment certificate qualify for purchase and use of the CINEMA 4D Student/Teacher version:

• Pupils of state or state-recognised schools (secondary and above) • Enrolled full-time students of technical colleges, universities and equivalent educational institutes • Teachers and instructors of said institutions for scholastic and academic education and continuing education You have received your personal license code, either with the software itself or in a separate e-mail. This code is valid without registration and will remain valid for a period of three months after the first installation if you do not decide to register your version of CINEMA 4D. Registering your software with MAXON will make the license valid for a total of 18 months. You are required to submit a completed and signed registration form, the completed registration letter, including serial number, and your proof of current enrolment. Proof of eligibility must show that at least three months remain until completion of the degree or course of study. After submitting these items, you will receive a new serial number, which extends your software’s period of validity to 18 (eighteen) months. Four weeks prior to termination of this period, the application will display a prompt informing you that your license will expire, at which time the application will be rendered useless.
