Manage your district’s Work Orders easier, faster and at less cost! As school districts look to improve efficiency, work smarter, and reduce paperwork, one routine operational process that can be automated easily and affordably is a district’s internal Work Order system. ML Work Orders™ K12 Facility Maintenance Software moves this labor-, time- and paper-intensive process to the cloud to dramatically reduce the labor and turnaround time associated with the hybrid systems many districts still use. Our software is different from other work-order automation systems in two important ways: • It was purpose-built for K12 school districts making it easy to set up, learn and use. • It’s a standalone application that’s affordable for even the smallest districts. It also increases transparency for all parties—including the issuer—so everyone knows the status of the request. Optional Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Asset Management modules extend functionality and value even further. Visit MLWorkOrders.com for more information.
