I.
BACKGROUND
Misuse of authorities, fraud incidents or violations committed by Bank staff(s) become serious threats to sustainability of the Bank's business. Negative impacts can be arised by these events such as financial loss, reputation risk, legal risk and other impacts. Therefore, Bank must prevent and detect at soonest so that the issue can be handled immediately and appropriately to reduce any negative impacts such as financial and non-financial impacts. OCBC NISP Bank is required to have the process or program to identify suspicious events earlier. II.
PURPOSE OF WHISTLEBLOWING PROGRAM
The purposes of whistleblowing program are: 1. Encourage OCBC NISP staff’s to raise any misuse of authorities, fraud incidents or violation of code of conduct’s committed by Bank’s staff without being worried or afraid of getting any threats or sanctions from any parties. 2. Provide ability for OCBC NISP to identify and examine any issue immediately by protecting whistleblower identity; maintain security and confidentiality of any information raised 3. Establish whistleblowing protection policy to protect whistleblower against threats from any parties both Internal and External OCBC NISP Bank (Whistleblowing Protection Program) 4. Provide required infrastructure including dedicated staff to be in charge as responsible person in implementing Whistleblowing Protection Program (known as Whistleblowing Protection Officer) or other infrastructure to support raising whistleblowing concern/report. III.
DEFINITION
1. Whistleblowing is channel to raise any misuse of authorities, fraud incidents or violation of code of conduct committed by Bank Staff that can inflict loss of company. 2. Fraud is an act(s) of violation or omission to deceive, defraud or manipulate Bank, Customer or other party in Bank premises and/or utilizing Bank’s infrastructure so that Bank, Customer or other party can inflict loss and/or perpetrator obtain directly and indirectly financial benefit.
IV.
OCBC NISP BANK STATEMENT Whistleblowing Statement of OCBC NISP as below: Bank analyzes and investigates all information pertaining to violation act(s) and Bank will address appropriate disciplinary action. If you suspect or know someone committed any misuse of authorities or fraud incidents or code of conducts violation, you have to raise the issue through whistleblowing channel that have been established to receive whistleblowing report. Should you feel “inconvenient” to speak up through whistleblowing channel, you are still allowed to raise your report to President of Director and President of Commissioner.

Raising concern through website, it can be accessed by Bank’s staffs that have Bank ID and corporate email in URL https://rlw.ocbcnisp.com/notifikasi_rled/. 3. Should you feel inconvenient with above whistleblowing channel, whistleblower is allowed to raise their concern to President Director and President Commissioner.

VI.
INVESTIGATION FLOW PROCESS
Investigation of all whistleblowing reports will be examined by Handling Fraud Team Head Office. Sanction for the staff(s) that is guilty and involved will be decided through Disciplinary committee. VIII. WHISTLEBLOWING PROTECTION PROGAM Bank has whistleblowing protection program to protect whistleblower and ensure/monitor that whistleblower will not inflict loss after raising their report such as threats, termination, demotion, exile, harassment, discrimination, unfair treatment during concern is being raised and thereafter.
