Topics included are limits, derivatives, continuity, integration techniques, logarithmic and exponential functions, and partial derivatives. Computer and/or calculator aided instruction will be used throughout the course. The course is designed for transfer students in business and social science; it is not for engineering, mathematics or physical science majors. (IAI M1 900-B) PREREQUISITES MATH 112 (with a grade of āCā or better) or math placement above MATH 112 level or divisional approval; completion of the geometry requirement; and concurrent enrollment in ENG 92 or reading placement above ENG 92 level. Quizzes: 10% Exams: 40% Attendance: 10% Final exam: 40% To compute your grade in this class, let q be your percentage average for your quizzes, e your percentage average for your exams, a your percentage average for you attendance grade and f your percentage for your final exam.
