1. Objective 在水性色浆体系中,初步评估 RO3097 \ RO4097 氧化铁红系列和 YZ1688 \ YZ2288 氧化铁 黄系列产品分散性及流变性, 并利用 NUOSPERSE FX-365 和 NUOSPERSE FX-600 来搭配 使用进行分散,通过色浆的性能来评估不同系列产品的分散性、稳定性及展色性,以及色浆的流 变性能;
2. Conclusion 1:氧化铁红 RO3097 、RO4097 同氧化铁黄 YZ1688、YZ2288 相比,在水性 色浆体系中, RO3097 和 RO4097 的分散性比 YZ1688 和 YZ2288 较好,铁红的颜料固含量可高达 75%, 铁黄的颜料固含量 可达到 58% 左右; 2:在水性色浆体系中,RO3097 \RO4097 对分散剂和润湿剂的需求量比 YZ1688\YZ2288 对 润湿和分散剂的需求量要低; 3:在用 RO3097 、RO4097 、YZ1688、YZ2288 制成色浆后,通过展色实验,均具有良好的 展色效果,无浮色发花现象出现; 4: BENTONE LT 和 BENTONE DE 对氧化铁红、铁黄都具有优异的防沉性, 综合开罐效 果、防沉性及流变性能, BENTONE LT 和 BENTONE DE 搭配使用更佳; 5:在水性色浆体系中, DAPRO DF 7015 表现出优异消泡及抑泡性能, 添加量 0.4% 左右; 6: NUOSPERSE FX-365 和 NUOSPERSE FX-600 搭配使用, 对氧化铁红及氧化铁黄具有 优异的润湿性及分散性, 3. Recommendation 客户在使用 BENTONE LT 和 BENTONE DE 或 BENTONE EW 时,可将其预先制成预凝胶 使用更方便 ; 另外, 在氧化铁红色浆中, 可以根据需要添加部分的 NUOSPERSE FA-115 可提高其展色能力和色彩鲜艳度; 4.
