Terms and Conditions MashreqOnline Promotion – Register & Pay Utility Bills using Standing Instructions Promotion Period - Register before 30th November 2016.

1. 25 Samsung Galaxy S7 Phones lucky draw offer is for all customers registered on MashreqOnline. 2. Promotion is valid from September 1st to November 30th 2016 for Standing Instructions (SI) setup. To qualify, the SI should be setup and payment executed for a minimum of two times between September 1 st and November 30th 2016 (3 months). 3. Payment set up for SI on Etisalat, Du, Salik, DEWA, SEWA, ADDC and AADC will be eligible for this campaign. 4. Transactions for amounts less than AED 20 will not qualify for the draw. 5. Mashreq staff are not eligible for this promotion. 6. Customer who qualify for the reward will be contacted via phone to communicate the reward. 7. It is customer responsibility to ensure that details provided to Mashreq Bank are correct. Details such as mobile number and email should be correctly updated in Mashreq Bank’s records. 8. Mashreq Bank reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend and/or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notification to the Mashreq customer. Any such amendments or supplements shall be provided on MashreqOnline page. 9. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. 10. In no event shall Mashreq Bank, any of its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees or agents be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising out of or otherwise related to this program. 11. Mashreq Bank does not offer or provide any warranties, or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of this program and hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties with respect of the same. 12. Mashreq Bank shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to conduct this program as a result of any Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event in these terms and conditions, shall mean circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Mashreq Bank including, amongst other things, acts of God, industrial disputes, acts and regulations of any governmental or authority in any jurisdiction. In such circumstances, Mashreq Bank’s obligations to the customer shall automatically stand discharged without the need to provide notice. 13. 25 winners of the draw will receive the reward within 30 days from the raffle draw date.
