The Offer get flat Rs.75 cashback on 3 Ola rides (Max Cashback up to Rs.225) is applicable for RBL Bank VISA Card holders only The Offer is Valid for first 150,000 eligible VISA cardholders. The Offer can be availed through Ola Mobile application only . The Cashback amount cannot be greater than the ride value. The Maximum cashback amount per Ola ride is Rs 75. Maximum total cashback is Rs.225 for 3 Ola rides. The Offer is valid on 3 Ola rides paid with RBL Bank Visa card per user. No coupon code has to be applied to avail the offer. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on Ola Cabs. The Cashback amount will be credited into the users Ola Money account within 1 business day. The Offer is valid from 10th February 2017 to 30th April 2017. The Cashback Offer is applicable only on Micro, Mini, Prime and Lux categories. Ola Cabs /Visa reserve the right to withdraw/modify the offer at its own discretion. Offer details as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. No warranties are made by Visa /RBL Bank that the information is correct. Please check directly with Merchant to confirm availability and validity of the Offer. The Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, theRBL Bank Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the RBL Bank Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that: Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the RBL Bank Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and RBL Bank Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against the bank /Visa. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law,RBL Bank / Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
