TERMS AND CONDITIONS WorldMiles Credit Card Acquisition Campaign (Welcome Gift: 25,000 AirAsia BIG Points) April 2014

Campaign 1. The Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad ("Bank") WorldMiles Credit Card Acquisition Campaign (25,000 AirAsia BIG Points) April 2014 ("Campaign") will run from 1 April 2014 until 30 April 2014, inclusive of both dates ("Campaign Period"). 2. By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein.

Eligibility 3. The Campaign is open to: a) New Customers who successfully apply for Standard Chartered WorldMiles MasterCard World Credit Card (“WorldMiles Card”) during the Campaign Period; AND b)

maintain their accounts with the Bank in good standing, without any breach of the terms and conditions or agreements, throughout the Campaign Period (“Eligible Customers”). "New Customers" mean applicants who have not held any Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad Credit Card, whether as principal or supplementary cardholder, within the past 6 months before the applicant's credit card under this Campaign is issued.

4. Individuals below the age of 21 years are not eligible for this Campaign. 5. New Customers whose card accounts are suspended, cancelled, or terminated for any reason during the Campaign Period or within 3 months after the Campaign Period will not be entitled to receive the 25,000 AirAsia BIG Points under this Campaign. Participation 6. To participate in this Campaign, Eligible Customers must apply for a WorldMiles Card through any of the Bankʼs distribution channels, including the Bank’s branches, Price Solutions Sales Agents, online application and any other authorized channels during the Campaign Period and have their application approved, all within the Campaign Period (“Successful Eligible Customers”). 7. The Bankʼs decision on records of the application and approval dates will be final and conclusive. 8. The Bank will notify Successful Eligible Customers via short messages service (SMS) upon approval of their WorldMiles Card application.

9. Successful Eligible Customers will receive a Sign-Up Cashback to their credit card account, as set out in paragraph 10. 10. Each Successful Eligible Customer is entitled to Sign-Up CashBack as follows: Card Type Sign-Up CashBack fo Principal WorldMiles Card RM55 Supplementary WorldMiles Card RM30 11. Sign-Up CashBack will be credited into the Successful Eligible Customerʼs credit card account within 60 days from the approval date. 12. The approval of each application is subject to the Bank's usual approving criteria. 13. If: a. the customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of the WorldMiles Card; or b. the Bank discovers at any time that the customer did not in fact satisfy the requirements under this Campaign; the customer loses his/her entitlement to the Sign-Up CashBack and must immediately refund the Sign-Up CashBack to the Bank. 14. This refund may be done by either of the following methods, at the Bankʼs discretion, and Successful Eligible Customers agree for this to be done: a. the Bank may charge the refund amount to the customerʼs credit card account; or b. the Bank may debit the refund amount from any current or savings account held by the customer with the Bank.

Welcome Gift: 25,000 AirAsia BIG Points 15. Successful Eligible Customers who satisfy the following: a) take up a WorldMiles Card as principal cardholder with the Bank during the Campaign Period; AND b) contact the Bankʼs Contact Centre to activate their approved credit card (as described in the credit card Welcome Pack) within 30 days from the date of the Welcome Pack; will be entitled to a Welcome Gift in the form of 25,000 AirAsia BIG Points. This Welcome Gift is only applicable to principal cardholders. 16. Each Successful Eligible Customer will receive a SMS from us (“Our SMS”) and: a) If you currently hold a BIG Shot ID, you are required to reply to Our SMS within 2 weeks with your BIG Shot ID; or b) If you do not have a BIG Shot ID, you are required to: i.

Reply to Our SMS with your BIG Shot ID within 2 weeks from the date of receiving Our SMS.

c) All responses to Our SMS must be made from the mobile number which we sent Our SMS to. d) We are only able to receive SMS from the following telcos; Maxis, DiGi, Celcom and U Mobile. Telco charges will apply accordingly. 17. 25,000 AirAsia BIG Points will be credited to your registered BIG Shot ID within 8 days from our receipt of your SMS confirming your BIG Shot ID. The 25,000 AirAsia BIG Points will only be credited to your BIG Shot ID. The AirAsia BIG Points are not transferable to third parties or to any supplementary cardholders. 18. No representation or warranty is made regarding the quality or suitability of the BIG Shot ID, AirAsia BIG Points and/or the AirAsia BIG Cards. If you are not satisfied with your BIG Shot ID, AirAsia BIG Points and/or the AirAsia BIG Card or have any complaints, please resolve them directly with Tune Money Sdn Bhd and the Bank will not assume any responsibility or liability for the same. 19. The use of the BIG Shot ID, the AirAsia BIG Cards and the AirAsia BIG Points is governed by the terms and conditions of Think Big Digital Sdn Bhd and Tune Money Sdn Bhd respectively. Please refer to www.airasiabig.com for those terms and conditions. 20. We reserve the right not to award the 25,000 AirAsia BIG Points if we do not receive any reply to Our SMS within 2 weeks. 21. Once you have sent us your BIG Shot ID, you are deemed to have agreed to pay the monthly fee and not to cancel your WorldMiles Card within 6 months from the date of your application being approved. 22. The approval of each application is subject to the Bank's usual approving criteria and the applicant's eligibility for the respective card types. 23. If a New Customer applies for more than one WorldMiles credit card under this Campaign, he/she will only be entitled to One (1) Welcome Gift only. 24. If: a) the customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of the SCB Credit Card; or b) the Bank discovers at any time that he customer did not infact satisfy the requirements under this Campaign; the customer loses his/her entitlement to the 25,000 AirAsia BIG Points. General 25. The Bankʼs decisions relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by the Bank. 26. The Bank may vary any of these Terms and Conditions and extend the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on the Bankʼs website at sc.com/my, and in the Bankʼs branches. 27. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
