Open to residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over except employees of Kellogg Marketing and Sales Company Limited (the “Promoter”). 2. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organized groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. Entrants who use multiple Facebook or Twitter accounts to enter will be disqualified. 3. No purchase necessary. 4. Internet access and a valid registered Facebook account or Twitter account will be required. This is an online promotion only, there is no postal or telephone application route. Promotional Period: 5. Promotion is open from 27.04.16 to midnight on 08.06.16. How to enter: 6. To take part in the promotion and be eligible to win a prize, entrants must complete the challenge set by the promoter via Facebook or Twitter. To do so, they must: 

To enter via Facebook – The Challenge 7. To enter, you must comment on the Kellogg’s ‘Great Starts’ post with a comment, picture or video showing how you start the day with Kellogg’s. To enter via Twitter – The Challenge 8. To enter, you must tweet a comment, picture or video on the Kellogg’s ‘Great Starts’ post along with the #GreatStarts, showing how you start the day with Kellogg’s. All Twitter entries must include #GreatStarts. 9. Entries are limited to one per person. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified. Any entries made after the closing date / time for each challenge and any incorrect entries, will not be accepted. Judging Criteria: 10. The key criteria for judging are:  Originality  Creativity  Relevance to the Kellogg’s brand Winner Selection: 11. 100 entries which meet the above criteria will be selected at random by an independent party to move onto the judging stage. The 100 entries will be selected at random from all valid entries on Facebook and Twitter. 12. The 100 selected entries, will judged by an independent judging panel on the set criteria (as detailed in point 10). The independent judging panel will select one winner on the 17.06.16. 13. Prize Fund (across Twitter and Facebook): There is 1 x prize to ‘Win tickets to see Team GB at Rio 2016’. The prize (for two people) consists of the following:  Return standard class train travel from mainland UK rail station to Manchester airport.  1 night’s hotel accommodation in close proximity to Manchester airport on the 15.08.16.  Return flights from Manchester Airport to Rio (departing 16.08.16 returning 23.08.16).  7 night’s accommodation in Rio.  Hotel min 3*, based on sharing a twin or double bedroom.  Includes breakfast.  £1,500 spending money.  Includes private coach transfers to all applicable events in Rio.  Events are as follows boxing, pentathlon, athletics and the closing ceremony.  Includes return transfers to Rio airport and to all events as listed above.  Includes travel insurance. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility

of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 70 or over. Full Travel Insurance policy details will be provided to competition winners when the policy is issued. Prize excludes the following:  Any additional travel (other than transfers as stated above).  Any additional spending money for meals, drinks etc.  Visas and other requirements necessary for travel are the responsibility of the winner.  Vaccinations and any other health requirements are the sole responsibility of the winner. A full itinerary and detailed winner’s pack will be provided to the 5 x main prize winners. It is the sole responsibility of the prize winners to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time for any flights or transfers. Any changes / costs incurred as a result of missed flights or transfers or changes to passenger details will be the responsibility of the individual winner. Winner Notification 14. The prize winner will be notified by a comment on their winning entry on the 18.06.16, which will ask them to send the Promoter a private message on Facebook or Twitter (whichever platform they entered on) to claim their prize and provide details for delivery. Prize winners may be asked to provide proof of age in accordance with the terms outlined above. 15. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact winners but, in the event that the promotor has not received a private massage response back from the selected winner to claim their prize within 7 working days of initial notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. 16. Delivery of prizes will be restricted to mainland UK addresses only. Where winners are notified that someone must be present to accept delivery of the prize, winners must ensure that they or their nominee is present to do so. General: 17. The promotion is not endorsed by Facebook. By taking part in the promotion, entrants also agree to adhere to all Facebook’s terms and conditions. 18. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part except in the event of circumstances outside its control, when the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Promoter the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. 19. Contact details provided will be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion and not used for any further marketing purposes. 20. For the full name and county of the winner send an email to [email protected], with the subject line ‘Win tickets to Rio 2016 Social Media’ within 3 months of the promotion close date. Entries to this address will not be accepted. 21. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using/has used computer(s) to circumvent these conditions by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Any entrant who has been disqualified shall return any prize within 14 days of the demand for its return being made. 22. Prize winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity relating to the promotion at no extra compensation over and beyond the award of the prize. 23. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or use of any prize. 24. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters. 25. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries/ entrants/ claims that it regards as being in breach of these conditions. Any information collected regarding entrants into this promotion will be treated in confidence in accordance with Kellogg’s privacy policy (www.kelloggs.co.uk/privacypolicy.aspx). 26. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 27. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final

arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 28. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the Promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize. 29. Data Protection: Use of personal data received in the course of the promotion will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. By submitting an entry, you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and notifying and advertising the winners. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
