PG ADMISSION GUIDELINES OF POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMME UTM Amendment to postgraduate previous guidelines – “UTM 2008 pindaan 1/2011” Amendment is based on MQA Circular 1/2013 IMPLICATION Will increase the quality intake of postgraduate students as the minimum requirement is CGPA 2.50 compare to previous guidelines which the minimum is CGPA 2.30 with 6 years of working experience. This new guidelines will be impose on and after 1 April 2013 There will be no direct entry from bachelors degree level to doctoral degree level (fast track) starting on and from 1 April 2013. However ‘conversion’ from Master level to Phd level can be still be done with a small amendment from previous conversion requirement
