10 FREE TIPS ON HOW TO BEAT ACNE NATURALLY

Go natural! Let your skin breathe from makeup, cleansers and creams. And also try not to pick on your face. By leaving it alone you give your face time to heal.

Avoid gluten, dairy and sugar! By all rights, these three food groups have a huge impact on the inflammation in the skin. Replace them with healthier choices to see some great results on your skin. Start your day with a big glass of lemon water! To help your body flush out unwanted toxins and start your day fresh.

Make yourself a Skin Glowing Smoothie! Add a large banana, a handful of fresh leafy greens, an avocado, 1 handful of fresh or frozen blueberries and 2 dl of nut milk of choice. Blend well and enjoy that your body does the work on healing that beautiful face of yours.

Eat more berries! They are high in antioxidants and works great for balancing out the skin. Eat them as a snack or add them on you daily smoothie bowl.

Replace your coffee with green tea! Coffee can raise your cortisol levels which can contribute to acne. Instead replace your morning coffee with green tea which are high in antioxidants and are a building block for healthy skin.

Go out for a sunny powerwalk! Get som vitamin D at the same time as you move that booty. This does wonders for your skin. It's important that you get your pulse up and blood flowing.

Praise the flaxseeds! The ALA fats in flax seeds benefits the skin and hair by providing essential fats as well as b-vitamins. Insert two teaspoons of flaxseeds in your morning smoothie for beneficial results.

Get your boost of good bacteria! One way to achieve that acne free complexion is to keep your gut healthy and probiotics are an excellent way to start! You can find probiotics in fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, and coconut kefir. Do avoid probiotics in dairy products for best results.

Get enough sleep you sleepy head! Yes, you can actually sleep yourself to a clearer skin. Get 8-10 hours per night depending on how your body works and take naps every now and then. This will help your body to stress your hormones down.

DAY ON A PLATE BREAKFAST

USE AS MANY ORGANIC PRODUCTS AS POSSIBLE RECIPES ARE FOR 1-2 PERSONS

DINNER NORDIC SALMON BOWL

RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL CRUNCH

The smoothie bowl:                                             For garnish:  1 banana                                                                Shredded coconut  1 cup of frozen raspberries                                Chia seeds  1/2 avocado                                                         Berries of choice  2 cups fresh spinach                                           Nut butter 1 1/2 cup nut milk                                                                       1. Mix the smoothie bowl ingredients all together. 2. Garnish your bowl with shredded coconut, nut butter of choice, chia seeds and some berries. 3.Enjoy!

LUNCH EAT-THE-RAINBOW-WRAP 1 or 2 gluten-free/rise paper wrap        Avocado Kale                                                              Cucumber Red cabbage                                             Optional: Non dairy Creme Fraische Spring onion                                               Salt & Pepper Carrot                                                          Fresh cilantro Beet

1. Slice up the vegetables in thin slices 2 Mash the avocado with the dairy free Creme Fraische and add seasonings.  3. Enjoy it while fresh or bring it with you!

150 g smoked salmon                 Toppings: (optional) 1 handful of leafy greens            Sesame seeds 1-2 spring onions                          Caviar 1 avocado                                       Dill 1 tomato                                         Lemon juice and olive oil Red cabbage                                Salt, peper and garlic

1. Slice upp the leafy greens, tomato, cabbage, avocado and spring onion. 2.Add the salmon. 3. Mix upp the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and seasonings in a small cup before adding it to the sallad and salmon. Stir gently 4. Top with red caviar, sesame seeds and dill. 5.Enjoy!

SNACK CHOCK-BLUEBERRY MADNESS 1 Banana                                   1 tsp carob powder (optional) 1 medjool date                         1/2 dl nut milk 5-7 cashews                             1/2 dl frozen blueberries 1 tbsp of almond butter          Optional topping: chia seeds, shredded                                                           coconut, coconut meat 1. Mix the bananas, almond butter, date, cashews, blueberries, carob powder and nut milk together in a powerful blender until smooth. 2. Top with dried blueberries and pecans. 3. Enjoy by yourself or with a friend!
