Gombar 3 SUMMARY To compare the effect of rocuronium on intraocular pressure (IOP) with that of succinylcholine, a randomized double-blind controlled trial was done where 40 adult ASA-I and II patients undergoing elective non-ophthalmic surgery received either rocuronium or succinylcholine (n=20 each) following premedication with tab diazepam and induction with propofol.
