About The International Commission for Secondary Education (ICSE)

 

By the order of the IUFS President from 26/03/2007 the ICSE Commission is founded at IUFS.

The ICHE is accredited by the Oxford Educational Network, International Parliament for Safety and Peace , California University FCE, CA, (USA), Accreditation Syndicate for Education and Training, The Cambridge Association of Managers, Quality Assurance Commission, and Oxford Association of Management (UK) . The ICSE has a right of issue of the International Certificate of High Education/School Leaving Certificates/High School Diplomas in subjects, provided by high education of the RF and the Oxford Educational Network.

 

After a special interview with applicants, who have a School Leaving Certificate in the RF (11 years), the ICHE issues to applicants the International Certificate of High Education. On the basis of this International Certificate, ICSE issues to applicants the International Diploma of High Education according to the Oxford Educational Network/California University FCE.

Since the International Certificate and the International Diploma exceed in its level a School Leaving Certificate, which is got in the RF, the ICSE sets forth requirements to the applicants in terms of actual knowledge and understanding of concrete material, orientation in historical process, mastering the methodology of getting sought-for results and their practical usage. The necessary documents for an applicant are: an application in the name of the Chairman of the ICSE; a copy of a School Leaving Certificate in the RF, notarized and translated in English language; a copy of a passport or a birth certificate; photo 4 items (3/4)

 

The applicants can also get a diploma in the areas as follows: ballroom dancing, sport dancing, music, choreography and other sport areas.

Preparation faculty

The IUFS imposes a new program for senior pupils (10-11 th year), who study according to the International School Program (IGCSE или GCE A/AS Levels) during or after classes. The classes are taught in 2-3 subjects in English language. The results are included when entering London University.

After completing the preparation faculty the International Certificate of High Education and the Certificate of the International English Language Testing System of Cambridge University are issued (IELTS – International English Language Testing System).

Each graduating student of the IUFS preparation faculty gets an International Certificate in the subjects chosen of High Education (IGCSE, A/ASD Level), and, certainly, Russian School-Leaving Certificate.

The A-Level Program at the IUFS may be studied without attending classes in 1 year.

Access Route - University of London (UK)

If you would like to take one of the degrees detailed , but do not satisfy the necessary entrance requirements, the Access route might be the programme for you. If you successfully complete the Access route by passing two subjects, you will have satisfied the entrance requirements for the degrees and you may transfer to the degree of your choice as an External student.
