What was the issue with autopay?
In September/October, you may have noticed that your scheduled payment in My Account was more than you were expecting. This is because a new bill was added before your previous month’s bill was due, and the scheduled payment reflected charges for both months. We disabled our auto payment scheduling and processing for the time period of 9/30/13 - 12/1/13.
Has the processing of auto-payments resumed?
Beginning with December bills scheduling of automatic payments will resume. Processing of payments will begin the second week of December, but most customers will not have payments taken from their accounts until the end of December or in January 2014.
When will I see the first automatic withdrawal from my personal account?
If you have elected in My Account to pay your bill on bill due date, there will be about 20 days between the time the payment is scheduled and when it is processed. You can check My Account to see when your bill will be scheduled. If you elected to have the pay your bill on bill arrival, your payment will be processed immediately after it is scheduled. You can check My Account to see when your bill will be scheduled. You can change this election in My Account at any time.
Will I get a notification when my payment is scheduled?
You can set your preferences in My Account to notify you via email or SMS when your payment is scheduled and/or when your payment is processed.
My November bill is due in December; will that payment be scheduled and processed?
No, scheduling and processing of auto-payments will not resume until your December bill is delivered in My Account. Your December bill will not be delivered in My Account before December 10th.
How do I pay my November bill?
You may continue to make manual payments for any unpaid bills. Or you can wait until auto-payment scheduling and processing resumes and pay all unpaid bills at that time.
I did not make payments while autopay was disabled. Will I be required to pay all my unpaid bills at once?
Once autopay resumes, any unpaid balance will be scheduled and withdrawn as part of your next payment. You can continue to make manual payments for any unpaid bills due before that time. However, we will be happy to make arrangements with you if you need more time to pay these bills.

If I didn’t make manual payments while autopay was disabled, will I be charged late fees?
No. If you see a late charge, please call 1-888-944-9400 and we will reverse this charge.
