Employees are assigned access to a specific door location, floor, elevator, hallway, etc. by authorized managers using secure password id. Employee access is established by level of access, location, department, job class, access all or restricted/limited access. Authority can be assigned by day, date and time of access . Client flexibility via modular design for easy customization. Assigned employee access information is stored on the IBM System i5 Server as well as the Access Terminal in the case of network interruption. Multiple types of readers are available to read existing employee badge or biometrics (finger print) for high security authentication. Management can assign limited access to visitors. Access terminals can be wired or wireless and have alarm feature.
