TIME & MONEY Use this worksheet to gain more insight and clarity around the real blocks getting in the way of your health, time and money. Awareness of our thoughts and actions are an essential part to finding the motivation to create healthier habits and sustaining them. You’ll begin to discover how important your health is to you right now, some reasons why you haven’t been able to commit to it and some solutions for how to finally create the time and money to put your health and happiness first.

TIME & MONEY ACTION STEPS STEP 1: GOALS What are your specific health and happiness goals?
STEP 2: CREATING MORE TIME Action #1: For 7 days straight, track what you are doing hour by hour Conclusions: How much of your time is spent doing things for others? How much of your time is spent on distracting activities that have nothing to do with your health and happiness goals? Action #2: Use a calendar to block off time to dedicate to self-care practices such as exercise, grocery shopping, cooking, meditation, etc.
STEP 3: CREATING MORE MONEY Action #1: Track your money for the next 10 days. How much is coming in and from where and how much is going out and for what. Conclusions: Where are you spending more money than you thought you were? Is this helping or hurting your goals? Action #2: Brainstorm ways you can create more money to support your health goals (ie. asking someone to help, selling something, saving, taking out a loan, opening up a credit card.)
