Tournament BuilderPro – Post & Play Workaround Because of the issues with brackets not displaying correctly or receiving an Apache Error message on eteamz websites, it is recommended that the Post & Play feature of TB Pro NOT be used. The following instructions can be used to easily create a PDF, upload and display tournament brackets on your website. In order to create a PDF file you will need a full version of the Adobe Acrobat program or you can download a FREE PDF writer at www.cutepdf.com/download/CuteWriter.exe. CutePDF Writer is a FREE version of commercial PDF creation software. CutePDF Writer installs itself as a "printer subsystem" which enables virtually any Windows applications (must be able to print) to create professional quality PDF documents. The same steps are used to create the PDF of your bracket whether you use Acrobat or CutePDF. You will chose to either “Print” with Adobe PDF or CutePDF. These steps assume that you have already created a bracket. After uploading your PFD brackets and linking it to your eteamz site, you will be able to update them almost as easily as using the Post & Play feature.

STEP A: Creating the PDF 1. With your bracket open, select File and then Print 2. From the printer selection dropdown, select CutePDF Writer (or Adobe PDF) and click OK button. 3. In the Save As box, choose where you want your PDF bracket to be SAVED to. The File Name will be the same name as your bracket name (DO NOT CHANGE). 4. Click on the Save button. 5. Your bracket is now saved on your computer as a PDF file.
