Trainee Accountant

Trainee Accountant We are actively seeking an individual who is currently studying towards their Business /Accounting degree and would like the opportunity to fast track their career path with practical hands on experience. As a Trainee you will be mentored by our Senior Financial Accountant. This is a wide-ranging role that will enable exposure to financial and management accounting. The person we are seeking will enjoy a high level of detail, the ability to work to a deadline, excellent time management skills, but most of all enjoy being part of a high functioning team, who pride themselves on quality customer service. In return you will develop sound knowledge in the following areas: • Working as a functional part of Accounts receivable team • Working as a functional part of the Accounts payable team • Reconciliation of general and subsidiary bank accounts • Monthly and yearly Fixed Asset Reporting. • Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts. • Assist with the Reconciliation of all Superannuation Returns monthly • Assistance with auditing and analysis of divisional stocktakes when required. • Assistance in Budget Preparation and collation and Year End Financial Reporting preparation We are dedicated to supporting and developing our team members through education and will consider offering University re-reimbursement after probation to the right candidate Please submit your applications to [email protected]
