Customer Connect gives suppliers the ability to search for and request relationships with their customers. Suppliers use invoice data to authenticate their business relationships and automate connection requests. If that data is unavailable, the supplier simply submits a ticket to establish their connection.

Get started with three easy steps 1. Log in to your Tungsten Network account. New to Tungsten? Enrol online on the Tungsten Network website or by using the registration link in your invitation email. 2. Use Customer Connect to request connections with your customers via the Challenge or Ticket Process.
Challenge Process - If your customers have implemented Invoice Status Service, your connection request is automatic. Simply provide information about two recent invoices for each customer to automatically establish these business relationships.
Ticket Process - If Invoice Status Service is not available or you can’t find your customer online, simply submit a Tungsten support ticket. Our support team will contact each customer directly to approve and setup the relationship.
