Pay the non-refundable testing fee (P400.00) at the Cashier’s Office. 3. Secure your test permit by submitting your accomplished application form and O.R. of testing fee. 4. Take the TUP Admission Test on the specified date, time, and room. Bring with you your test permit and 2 pencils with eraser. 5. Release of test result will be posted on ________________ at the CLA Building lobby or visit our website www.tup.edu.ph. 6. Report on the specified date for your interview and submit the following documents for enrollment. a. Test permit b. Original copy of Form 138/137 or transcript of Records c. Certificate of good moral character d. Xerox copy of NSO Birth certificate *Failure to report on the specified date will mean forfeiture of Admission slot. 7. Secure your Notice of Admissions and proceed to the University Clinic for medical examination 8. Report to your respective course adviser/dean for enrolment.
