1. Candidates should produce the following document at the time of counseling. a) Admit card of the MCA Entrance Examination 2013. b) Duly filled in Application form for Admission and Anti Ragging Affidavit. c) SSLC/CBSE Book. d) Degree mark list of part I/II/III or Grade card e) Degree Original or Provisional certificate f) Equivalency certificate of qualifying examination. (Need not be produced by the candidates having qualifying degree “through regular mode of study” awarded by Central Universities including IGNOU and all Universities in Kerala) g) Transfer & Conduct Certificate h) Valid Income/Community/Nativity certificates. (For those claiming reservation) i) BPL Certificate from relevant authority (Only for Forward Caste claiming BPL reservation) j) Recent colour passport size photograph (2 Nos) 4. Refund of fee in case of discontinuation i.

Before the commencement of classes - Tuition fee and Admission fee will be refunded (after deducting handling charge of Rs.1000/-) only if all the 335 seats are filled up at any point of time, subsequent to their discontinuation.

ii.

After the commencement of Classes - Tuition fee and Admission fee will be refunded (after deducting handling charge of Rs.1000/- and proportional tuition fee) only if all the 335 seats are filled up at any point of time, subsequent to their discontinuation.

iii.

After the closure of admission – No refund.

5. No fee has to be remitted by candidates belonging to SC, ST and OEC category. But they have to apply for egrants in time. They need to remit only the caution deposit Rs.2000 at the time of admission.
