In Week One, in order to find the one area of your life you wanted to focus on, you ... work in The Fearless Living Training Program, you know now you must be ...

Welcome to Week Ten: Be Fearless Video Six: The Fearless Path If you’ve gotten here, that means you have done the work, you are fearless; becoming more and more fearless in every area of your life. You’ve made it, and I know your life is rockin’. When you live fearlessly, you are shifting your insides, shifting the way you see the world, and the way you interact with it. Therefore, the world you see starts changing, literally changing, right before your very eyes. That’s the beauty of Fearless Living. It is more than a bunch of quick to do’s, it is a system that is guaranteed to take you from the Wheel of Fear, to the Wheel of Freedom, and is going to take you on the ride of your life. I know you have already experienced this. Congratulations. I also bet you are experiencing changes in ways you could never have anticipated. That’s great. I know it will continue. Keep your eyes open as you continue to walk your Fearless Path. Let’s continue to keep anchoring. In Week One, in order to find the one area of your life you wanted to focus on, you completed the Fearbuster Exercise: In The Year To Come. We are going to do that exercise again. This time, you have more knowledge and wisdom to guide you, to go deeper in choosing what is more real, truer for you in every area. Grab the Fearbuster Exercise: In the Year to Come. Let’s start planning your future from this moment on. This Fearbuster Exercise will be something you can come back to again and again. This is one of your staple exercises. Keep it handy. Put in your day planner. Post it on your computer. Put it in your notes on your Smartphone. Keep it and refer back to it again and again. This is a great focusing tool. Don’t know what to do? Get confused? Paralyzed? Come back to this exercise and start taking actions. I want to talk about how you use the Fearbuster Exercise: In the Year to Come as well as the Awareness Exercise, and the Risk Exercise. Let’s say that you know you’re stuck in a particular area of your life and you already know the area. Great. Do the Awareness Exercise and the Risk Exercise. Let’s say you're not sure what to do, the world feels wide open, and you don’t know where to go or what to do. Great. Pull out: In The Year To Come. Complete the exercise just like we’re going to do now, just like we did in Week One. Use this to help guide you in where to go next, and what to do next. In Week One, you may have written down some very general to-dos. Based on your work in The Fearless Living Training Program, you know now you must be specific, the more specific, the better. Let’s begin.

Fearbuster Exercise: IN THE YEAR TO COME…. As you ask yourself each question, write down whatever comes to mind. If it seems impossible, and it’s crazy dreaming, write it down anyway. Push yourself to vision what could truly be possible for you, perhaps beyond what you can see for yourself in this moment. Possibility allows us to step beyond goal setting, step beyond our norm, and instead embrace beyond the apparent realities of our present path. Be as specific as possible. Step out of your comfort zone. What is possible for you regarding your career? What is possible for you regarding intimate relationships? What is possible for you financially? What is possible for you in regards to health and well-being? What is possible for you socially/friends? What is possible for you in regards to your family relations? This may not be your family of origin; maybe it’s your family of choice. What is possible for you spiritually? What is possible for you in regards to your mental and intellectual development? What is possible for you in regards to your emotional development? What is possible for you regarding your home/living space? What is possible for you creatively? What is possible for you in regards to adventure/play? Excellent work. Just like before, let’s narrow it down to your top three areas. What that means is, I want you to look all these areas over and I want you to say to yourself, “Okay, if I could only pick three areas of my life to focus on in the next month, three months, year, if I could only focus on these three areas, what three areas would they Copyright 2011 Fearless Living Training Program 877-663-3270 www.FearlessLiving.org

be? What three areas would have the greatest impact on my life?” Write those down now and maybe for ease, circle the three areas. Go ahead. Circle the three areas of your life that if you focused on those areas could have the greatest impact on your overall life. And lastly, I want you to get those three areas down to one area. What is the number one area that you want to focus on for the next month, three months, a year? Got it? Great! It may be different than the area that you chose in Week One. You might have already had some real shifts and changes in there. Or, you might have realized that one area that you thought was so important, really isn’t where fear has been up, isn’t really where you want to be fearless. Allow that area to change. Don’t just go back to, “Well, I’ll just continue working on what I’ve worked on.” It might be completely different. Allow your intuition to speak for you on this. The more you focus on your number one area, the more that area will shift. And as you’ve learned, the more you can shift one area, the other areas will naturally start shifting. You can’t help it. Once you focus on your Essential Nature of trust, or love, or authenticity, etc., in one area, the more you must do it everywhere. You can’t just have integrity or be loving or not be loving in one area. Once you’re committed to your Wheel of Freedom, your Essential Nature just spreads. Focus on one area because that helps you learn the skill down to your bones. You are doing such fabulous work. Two more Fearbuster Exercises to help anchor you. Let’s keep going. Grab the Fearbuster Exercise: My Fearless Path. You just did: In The Year To Come and now we have: Fearless Path. Fearless Path is your next step. It is a one-page tool to encompass and support you in knowing exactly what to do from this moment on. Where are you going to focus? What are you going to do? Now again, we’ve done several exercises already to help you figure out, “Okay, what am I going to do? Where am I going to go? What’s my next step?” This is going to bring it all together to help you really focus. Let’s go through these questions together. The work you’ve already done in the previous Fearbuster Exercises will help you complete the next Fearbuster Exercise.

I want you to take note of the overall changes you have had since you started your Fearless Journey.

Fearbuster Exercise: My Fearless Path Journal 1. What is the most significant insight you had during this Course? I know it’s hard. It’s been ten weeks. How can you get it down to one insight? Everyone’s like, “Wow, one insight, are you crazy?” If you write two or three, that’s fine, but I really want you to ask, “What was the most important thing that I learned no matter what? I don’t want to lose this no matter what.” Was it learning your Essential Nature? Or was it your Trigger or your Fear Responses? Was it expectations? Was it learning intention, or excuses, or complaining? What was it? Was it the Life Log? Doing the Life Log week after week, did it just blow your mind? What has been the most significant insight you’ve had during this course? 2. List three specific areas in your life where you’ll apply what you learned in the Fearless Living Online Training Program? Hint, hint, you did it in: The Year To Come. List three specific areas in your life where you're committed to apply what you’ve learned in the Fearless Living Training Program. These last ten weeks, the three areas (hint, hint, in the: Year To Come Exercise you just did), go ahead and write them down now. 1. 2. 3. 3. Pick one area to be your primary focus. Again, we just did this in the: Year To Come Exercise. What’s the one area that you chose to focus on for the next month, three months, a year? What’s the one area? Go ahead and write that down here. Great. You’ve got your biggest insight, the three areas, and the number one area. 4. Identify three specific Proactive Behaviors you will take in the area of your primary focus. We’ve done some exercises, the Risk Exercise, the R-I-S-K Formula. You might be thinking, “Oh yeah, I just brainstormed on that. I want to do those three Proactive Behaviors.” Write those down now. If you’re not sure, please pause the video and do Copyright 2011 Fearless Living Training Program 877-663-3270 www.FearlessLiving.org

that now. Don’t ignore this exercise and say, “I’ll come back to it,” because you and I both know you might not. I want you to write down three Proactive Behaviors that you are committed to doing. 1. 2. 3. 5. Which one of these action steps are you committed to taking in the next week? What are you committed to doing, one Proactive Behavior in the next seven days, what’s the one thing you're willing to do. Write that down. It doesn’t mean you have to do it, I know you're like, “I don’t want to commit.” Just write it down. 6. What Fearless Support Tools will help you on your Fearless Path? Support tools are all the Fearbuster Exercises you’ve used. What are you going to use on your Fearless Path? What’s going to help you? Is the R-I-S-K Formula going to help you? Are intentions going to help you? Is the Life Log going to help you? Go ahead and list all the things you’ve been using or that you know can help you. The Awareness Exercise perhaps? Maybe the Badge of Honor? What are some tools that are going to really help you on your Fearless Path, from now, for the rest of your life? 7. When you are on your Wheel of Freedom, put into your own words how your Essential Nature and Wholeness will show up day to day. You’ve been living it now for a few weeks. You’ve experienced your Essential Nature and your Wholeness in a very different way than when we were doing the Wheel of Freedom Exercise. I want you to anchor both of those a little bit more right now. You’ve had four weeks living on your Wheel of Freedom, moving from fear to freedom, so how would you describe it now? You're talking to somebody about Fearless Living, “Oh, I have this amazing Essential Nature,” and the other person says, “What do you mean Essential Nature?” How would you describe it to somebody? Put it in your own words. Don’t use mine; use your own words. What about Wholeness? When you experience your Wholeness, even if it’s just for a minute, how does it feel? What does it make you want to do, or give you permission to do, how does it show up? Write that down now. 8. List your three most important Fearbusters who will support you on your Fearless Path. Copyright 2011 Fearless Living Training Program 877-663-3270 www.FearlessLiving.org

I want you to name your top Fearbusters. Go ahead and name those now. They can be for different areas of your life. I want you to remember, as you look at this one page form of your Fearless Path, I want you to remember that you have Fearbusters. What happens when we’re on our Wheel of Fear? We forget to ask for help, we forget to admit we need help, we forget we have Fearbusters, because we are feeling alone spinning on our Wheel of Fear. You’re not alone; you have Fearbusters. You’ve been working on it for a couple weeks now and if you don’t have as many as you need, trust me they’re going to show up any day now. Keep your eyes open and your heart open. There are people out there who want to support you, just start sharing what you need and asking for help. So, three Fearbusters on your path, write it down. 1. 2. 3. 9. How will your life be altered if you choose to stay committed to your Fearless Path? Congratulations. You’ve just completed your Fearless Path. This is going to be your plan for the next week and beyond. Like I said, you have many other exercises to choose from to support you, so look at yourself, look at you, and really take yourself in. Notice how its easier in Week Ten than it was in Week One. Notice how the answers in many instances are becoming easier to write down. I want you to own that. I bet you are answering the questions with more confidence than you did in Week One. I bet you are answering the questions with more thoughtfulness and trusting yourself with more ease. Congratulations. You are learning to lean on your Essential Nature and taking Proactive Behaviors at every turn. What’s super cool is, now fear can’t trick you, because you can see it for what it is. You have the power, fear doesn’t. What I know for a fact is either you are mastering fear, or fear is mastering you. Now that you know the secrets to being fearless, now that you know how easy it is to build your confidence and self-esteem, you have the power to keep growing, succeeding, and living the life your soul intended. The life you want. As Socrates says, “Know thyself, an unexamined life is not worth living.”

You have done the work that Socrates was talking about. You have examined your life and found that you are not afraid, there is nothing wrong with you, and it is just that darn fear that keeps getting in the way. You have changed your operating system and now see that the world is for you, the world is your friend. Success and freedom are yours. You know yourself better than ever, and more important, you know the real you, the fearless you; the you that is courageous, and trusting, and loving, and motivated, and inspired. The you that can live in joy, and have peace of mind, and do what you say you are going to do, and never, ever, again get stuck or self-sabotage. You have done it and as I’ve shared through out the Course, this is a Course for life. You will use these tools again and again. Watch these videos again and again. Be sure to download the audios so you can listen to them for life. Download the transcripts so you can read my words over and over again. And please, redo the Fearbuster Exercises once a year. If you do that, there is nothing that will stop you, nothing will be able to stop you. We have one more Fearbuster Exercise to do together. It is something I’ve created just for you. It is called: Yes.

Fearbuster Exercise: Yes! Shut your eyes and repeat after me. I, ___(NAME)_________, acknowledge myself for any and all of the work I have done during the Fearless Living Training Program. I acknowledge myself for any video I watched, any audio I listened to, or any Fearbuster Exercise I completed. Whatever I have learned up until now is perfect for my life and me. By doing the work of Fearless Living, I acknowledge my courage and my willingness to let go of anything holding me back. I say yes to me. Yes to my life. Yes to being fearless. And because I say yes, I know that I am free to experience the life I really want. I say yes. Yes to me. You’ve done the work. Congratulations. I know from this moment forward your life is your own. Period. No one or no thing can take away anything from you. No one and no thing can hold you back because you see fear for what it is. You no longer believe the Wheel of Fear. You embrace the Wheel of Freedom and you are free. Free to be you, fully you; the you that you were born to be. I know this to be true. As I always say, once I’m your coach, I’m always your coach. Please allow me to continue to support you in whatever way feels right to you. Copyright 2011 Fearless Living Training Program 877-663-3270 www.FearlessLiving.org

Some of you have already emailed me asking, “What’s next?” In the weeks ahead, you will be receiving emails that explain the next steps you can take on your Fearless Path to continue on this journey. And of course, the Fearless Living Training Program is available to you for an entire year from the date you signed up. Use it again and again. Soak it dry. Personally, I want to thank you for your courage and willingness to be fearless. The world needs you and your Fearless Spirit™ more than ever. Be sure to join me in creating a Fearless World™, one person at a time. Please tell your family, your friends, your coworkers, how the Fearless Living Training Program has positively impacted your life. Just imagine if the world knew what you know now. It can, with your help. Watch for the upcoming emails in your inbox describing the next steps you can take to anchor more and more of your Fearless Path. Until we meet again, repeat: Yes, yes to you as many times as possible, do the exercise, and I hope we meet again soon. Congratulations. You’ve done the work; keep practicing. As always, I know you are fearless. Be fearless.                                       Copyright 2011 Fearless Living Training Program 877-663-3270 www.FearlessLiving.org
