Our Promise “We will do our best to be on time” This year’s target for rush hour rail performance: 92% Our performance to date: 94% 96% of our rush hour train trips in June arrived on time and 93% in July We are working on a plan to implement the service guarantee announced on August 10th. We are looking at best practices from other jurisdictions and are developing a business process to make the guarantee as easy and efficient as possible

Our Promise “We will always take your safety seriously” This year’s customer satisfaction target with safety: 80% Our performance to date: 79% To enhance our current safety and security team, we recruited 16 additional Transit Safety Officers this summer This increased presence will deter undesirable behaviour and allow us to respond quicker if an incident arises

Our Promise “We will keep you in the know” This year’s customer satisfaction target with communications: 77% Our performance last year: 76% This special communications survey is done once annually We are making remote announcements at GO stations from our centralized communication centre to ensure customers have up to the minute information Improvements to our electronic signs are coming this fall Look for new electronic signs at Bloor, York University, Markham, Kennedy, Lincolnville and Centennial stations 5
Our Promise “We will make your experience comfortable” This year’s target for seat availability on rush hour trains: 80% Our performance to date: 64% Ridership continues to grow and infrastructure expansions are underway to accommodate Barrie passengers have more options ‐ one morning and one afternoon rail trip were added in September We added 2 rail trips on weekdays for Lakeshore East and West passengers One train set on the Stouffville corridor and one on the Barrie corridor will be extended to a 12 car set by the end of the year Continuing to explore new train start opportunities 6
Our Promise “We will help you quickly and courteously” This year’s target for average days to address customer concerns: 2 Days Our performance to date: 0.6 days We received 3,200 customer comments in June and July On average they were resolved within 0.6 days, an improvement of over 62% from last year Tap on to GO anywhere…our entire system is PRESTO enabled
