Our on-demand hyper-local delivery platform is a convenient delivery solution allowing people to request pick & drops as well as ability to order any item that they wish. The service provider has deployed a vast network of delivery boys to ensure that all customer requests are responded promptly. One can now order a personal delivery boy with the click of a button right from his smartphone.

The consumer app is an Android Mobile App that can be used by the individuals or merchants to request pick-up/deliveries or place orders for daily use items like- groceries, fruits, vegetables, consumables etc. The system allocates the best delivery boy based on location and distance parameters and process the orders.
The platform consists of 2 mobile apps, one for the consumers- who want to request pickups and the other one for the delivery boys- who would fulfil consumer orders. Both these are linked via a centralized system.
This Android App is available to Delivery Boys. They use this app to view incoming order requests with complete details. Delivery Boys use this app to Purchase, Start and Stop the orders, details of which are shown in real-time to consumers. The App also serves as a medium for Delivery Boys to mark their daily attendance.

One can request a pickup from a location and specify where to drop that item. The system intelligently assigns the best delivery boy for the task.
Ordering monthly household items has become extremely easy with the Get Me Something feature of the app. Just fill-in what all items you want and the nearest delivery boy will get that for you.
Easily track the status of delivery boys once they have accepted your order. Details like estimated time of arrival and current location can easily be monitored.
Payment can be made in multiple ways like- credit card, debit card, wallets etc. or can also decide the point of pickup for the payment.
User has the option to specify a vendor of his choice. If no vendor is specified, the delivery boy brings the order item from the nearest location available.
The app’s Schedule Later feature helps pre-book your orders. This can help you in placing orders in advance and schedule them at your convenience.

The platform utilizes latest technologies to power it’s system so as to provide users with seamless performance and have the overall system built on a robust infrastructure which is secure and scalable. The platform saw 300% Increase in performance with the newly deployed XMPP Server. Thus, giving an advantage to delivery boys and end-customers.
With the use of Google APIs, the system saw an increase in the calculation of distance and time estimates.
Since the system was upgraded from the legacy technologies, there has been a sharp increase in the number of orders processed daily, around 400 per day.
The new platform provided an added advantage where merchants could request bulk delivery requests, thus saving them time and cost.
