Sikkim Service Delivery Gateway Portal User Manual for Filling up Online Application Form 1. First of all you have to open the Internet Explorer/Google Chrome/Mozilla and write the below Website address in Address bar of the browser. www.sikkim.gov.in
2. Once you enter the State Portal Site following page will appear on the screen.
3. Click on the Service Link button in the menu, as shown above. 4. Once you click on the Service Link Button it will be redirected to State Service Delivery Gateway Portal www.sikkimservice.in as shown below.
5. Citizen has to register themselves for the first time by clicking on “Register” link as shown. 6. Once you click on the Register Link Button following registration page will appear on the screen.
7. Once you register yourself in the portal an email conformation will be sent to your respective email account.
8. You have to click on the link as shown above in order to confirm your registration. 9. Now you can login in the Portal by using the Username and Password provided in your email. Note: The password provided to you is a system generated password, you are recommended to change the default password with your own password by clicking My Account -> Change Password Link as shown below.
Steps for filling up Online Application form 1. Once you enter the dashboard after successful login, you can see all the active service listed as shown below. 2. You can choose any of the services according to your course preferences. 3. Once you choose the service you have to click on the “Apply” button as shown below.
4. Before proceeding to the next step you have to read all the instructions for that Service and tick the checkbox.
5. Once you read all the instructions you are ready for applying online application form. 6. Click on the “Apply Online” button as shown above to proceed towards next step. 7. Candidate have to select the course they want to apply for from the list.
8. Once you select the course Application form will be displayed on your screen. Note: Qualification Detail fields might differ according to the course you have selected. Fields marked with (*) are all mandatory/Compulsory fields.
9. Once you fill in all the credentials of your application you have to agree to the declaration by clicking on the check box. 10. Lastly you have to click on the “Save & View” button to submit your Online Application Form. Note: that application form once submitted cannot be reverted back. So you are advised to check all the details of your application properly before Submitting the form online.
