CYCLONE_APPROVAL LOGIN(District Collector) WEB APPLICATION

USER MANUAL

❏ Launch the browser and enter below URL. Prajasadhikara Survey Dashboard Page will be displayed. prajasadhikarasurvey.ap.gov.in

❏ Click on “Titli Cyclone” button, Titli cyclone dashboard will be displayed.

❏ Click on “Approval Login” button, List will be dispalyed.Click on “District Collector” button.

❏ Enter registered officer aadhaar number and click on “Send OTP” button, OTP will be sent to registered mobile number. Enter recieved OTP and click on “Verify” button

❏ Select Rural/Urban, Mandal,Department and Click on “Get Details” button village wise approval details will be displayed.

❏ Approval report dispalyed with following columns as shown in below image. Click on ready to freeze count (62) Note: Mandal Special Official approved benificiaries count will be shown in ready to freeze column.Once District Collector approved it will be moved to freezed column.

❏ If you want to select all records then click on “Select All” checkbox all benificiaries selected.

❏ If you want to select one by one benificiary select particular check box of benificiary and click on “SUBMIT” button. OTP verification popup window will be dispalyed.

❏ Enter officer aadhaar number and click on “Send OTP” button, OTP will be sent to registered mobile number. Enter recieved OTP and click on “Verify OTP” button. Selected records successfully submitted.
