User Personas
User personas or corporate personas provides the UX and UI designer how the users think, their behaviors, backgrounds, personality, goals, objectives or role, obstacles the encountered with. As an ux and ui researcher and designer in mentor-mentee projects, i conducted personal communication and interview with the students and lecturers / tutor to determine the mentor (lecturer) and mentee's (students) obstacles, their requirement, expectation and suggest the solutions. Besides, through the survey such as Myers-Briggs types Indicators (MBTI) or Felder and Solomon's Index of Learning Styles (ILS), their personalities traits were determined.
