Manifesting passengers NB. One hour before the helicopter leaves Den Helder all data need to be correct. 1. Select the relevant flight by clicking the radio button 2. Select “Multi Check-in”

Be very careful with people travelling from Den Helder in the Multi Check-in screen! Best practice is not to use this screen during onshore check in procedure to prevent problems on the airport.

1. Select “manifested” in the pull down menu 2. Fill in: number of baggage pieces, total baggage weight en pax weight. 3. When all pax are manifested click on “save”

Manifesting freight Select the relevant flight by clicking the radio button and select “Freight”
Click “Add” to enter a new freight item. The following screen will pop up
All red boxes are mandatory. 1. Item: name for the freight 2. Description: description of the freight 3. From Location: from which platform 4. To Location: to which platform 5. Flight: enter the flightname and date 6. Status: choose manifested in the pull down menu 7. Departure Occurence: enter the landing on which the freight will be loaded 8. Pieces: the number of colli 9. Weight: total weight of the freight (all colli together) 10. Unit of Weight: choose the right unit of weight from the pull down menu When all information is entered, click on “Save”.

Closing a flight (not mandatory) -
After all passengers and freight are manifested click on “check-in summary” Click on the date and time in the pop up screen behind “Check in Closed” A new screen will pop up. If everything is OK click on save

Printing manifests Only print a manifest when all passengers and freight from all locations have been manifested. Print the manifest when the HLO goes to the helideck. If a manifest is printed when all data have not been entered yet, the manifests are NOT correct! -
When all passengers and freight have been manifested click on “manifest” Enter the “Departure Location” and “Departure Occurance” in the pop up screen click OK A new screen pops up with the manifest Select “Print” in the “File” menu to print the manifest

Departing and arriving the helicopter 1. Select “Depart or Arrive” in the flight schedule 2. Check if the location is correct and enter the “arrival time” click on “save” 3. Now you can (ONLY if all passengers have been manifested!!!) enter the “departure time”, refuel amount and save.

Change route 1. Select the relevant flight 2. Select “Flight Setup” 3. Select “Add leg” and add the relevant location

Unplanned shutdown 1. Select the relevant flight 2. Select Arrive/Depart, enter the arrival time and tick the “Unplanned Shutdown” box 3. The passengers on board the helicopter will be transferred automatically to the pob is the “Unplanned Shutdown” box is ticked 4. Flight crew can be transferred to the pob by unscheduled move only.
