Even if you’re struggling, the fact that you’re reading this right now shows you are determined to make a change. Reset your milestones and consider adjusting your final short-term goal to get you on track for a bigger change you can continue to pursue after the month ends! My January goal sheet and calendar are hanging somewhere so I see them every day I read my January goal out loud every day I have shared my goal with friends &/or family I have posted on social media about my goal to hold myself accountable I am prioritizing my January goal amongst my other commitments to ensure success I am adjusting my milestones as necessary to strive for a challenging yet achievable goal I met my scheduled milestone this week I am having fun!
