Naturally Cooling product range is developed for those who like functional bedding products with the touch of nature. Products in this family are filled with Lyocell Climate fibers that origin from natural cellulose. The main raw material is woodpulp from nonendangered trees. The additive paraffin is refined plant oil. Cooling effect is based on phase change material (PCM) that is placed into the Lyocell Clima fiber, so the surface of the material remains smooth and soft. Antibacterial range It has been established that 25% of all allergies and 50% of all asthmatic conditions are directly attributable to allergens of the house dust mites, which are particularly found in beds and bedding. If you or someone within the family suffers from allergies, it is important to choose quilts and pillows with non-allergenic filling from Wendre’s Antibacterial range. The special treatment applied to the fibre filling within our anti-allergy products prevents the growth of bacteria and fungi. It creates a hostile environment for house dust mites, meaning that they cannot colonise the bedding environment. The treatment has been awarded the OekoTex Safety Accreditation making it safe for everyone, including babies. Wendre has both microfibre and cotton cover products in this product range. The Antibacterial treatment destroys microbes mechanically on contact and remains functional for the life of product. It lasts for multiple washes and does not transfer into the environment.

Tencel Tencel is a botanically derived material with excellent moisture management and breathability. Its production, based on a solvent spinning process, is a revolution in cellulosic fibre technology. A unique closed loop process makes Tencel the fibre of the future – it is not only eco-friendly but it is also economical. With Tencel, bacteria don’t stand a chance. Growth of unwanted bacteria is infibited naturally without the use of chemical additives. This is possible thanks to Tencel’s natural moisture management. These cellulose based fibres absorb all excessive moisture keeping the surface of the material fresh and dry. Bacteria need mounts of free wather for their growth. The water actvity on humid Tencel fibers is much lower than on synthetics and therefore skin and sweat bacteria find very bad growth conditions on Tencel. The more Tencel you have, the more aerated your sleeping space will be. We have three different Tencel families in our product range. • Tencel Comfort offers a touch of Tencel in your bed. These products have tencel-polyester covers and polyester filling. Warm and cozy comfort products are soft and fluffy. • Tencel Classic is the most common combination of Tencel in bedding. Tencel-cotton covers offer excellent breathability and moisture management. Medical & Hotel In Medical and Hotel business, higher standards for bedding products are required. The specific nature of customer needs defines higher expectations for washing and handling these items. Wendre has developed a range of products that meet these higher standards and requirements. Our Medical & Hotel products are combined from special materials that enable either long-term usage or safe care. There are two types of products in Wendres Medical & Hotel range. Secure Sleep products that are covered with polyester Trevira fabric and filled with polyester fibers are fire retardant, taking care of the safety during the sleep. We have both - a pillows and a quilts in this range. Wendre also has developed a Safe Care pillow that can be washed at high temperatures up to 95 degrees for multiple times. This pillow is covered with polycotton fabric and filled with washable foam chips. All our Medical & Hotel products are easy to care for – they are machine washable at high temperatures.
