Written tenders for one or more vehicles must be placed in the Tender box at the offices of the West Coast District Municipality, 58 Long Street, Moorreesburg by not later than 12h00 on 4 September 2015 and marked Vehicle Tender 2015. Tenders must remain open for acceptance for 5 days from 4 September 2015. The highest or any tender shall not necessarily be accepted in the sole discretion of West Coast District Municipality. On the day the tender is awarded the risk of / in the vehicle passes to the Tenderer and the property in the vehicle passes to him / her on payment of the full tender price. The vehicle must be paid for and removed from the West Coast District premises within 5 days from the award of the tender whereafter storage of R100 per day shall be added to the tender price.
