NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The HI Paso District of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will conduct public hearings on Wednesday, April 14, 1999, at 6:30 p.m. in the Fort Davis Community Building in Fort Davis, Texas, and on Thursday, April 15, 1999, at 6:30 p.m. in the Hudspeth?County Courthouse in Sierra Blanca, Texas. The. purpose of the hearings is to discuss the District Rural Tiansportalion Improvement Program (TIP) and the Unified Transportation Program (UTP), including project selection and-proposed projects. Area project status reports will be discussed as well. The same topics will be addressed at both hearings. The TIP and UTP are transportation planning documents that establish the programming of transportation projects. The TIP is a three:year program of capital improvements for highway and transit projects. The UTP is TxDOT’s 10-year planning document that guides and controls project development. A list of proposed projects for Brewster, Culberson, Hudspeth. Jeff Davis, and Presidio Counties will be provided and discussed at the hearings. Beginning March 26, 1999, information on the TIP, UTP, and proposed projects will be available for review and copying at the District Office at 212 N. Clark, El Paso, Texas. This information will also be available at the Alpine Area Office located on SH 118 (Fort Davis Highway) in Alpine, Texas, the East El Paso Area Office located at 1430 Joe Battle Blvd. in El Paso, Texas, and at all TxDOT Maintenance Offices in Brewster, Culberson, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, and Presidio Counties. All interested persons are encouraged to attend one of the public hearings. Estos servicios seran disponible a todos los clientes residenciales y com erciales, donde pcrm ita la facilidad tecnica, menos en servicios pagados o telefonos publicos. El equipo de la com pania revisara todas las lla m g tto y b lo q u e a ra las liam adas que aparecen en la lista del cliente. Las liam adas bloqueadas son dirigidas a un anuncio gravado que avisa al llam ador que el partido llam ado no desea recibir la llam ada. La llam ada se com pletara si el origin de la llam ada es de una oficina central que no esta equipada con las funciones de este servicio especializado (Enhanced custom Calling). C uando las dos tineas estan libres se notifica al cliente con un sonido distinto al regular y cuando levanta el recibidor se com pleta la llamada. C uando la llam ada recobrada cs de portazgo se le avisa al cliente por m edio de una grabacion y se dara la opcion de continuar y com pletar la llam ada o de colgar y no incurrir cargos de portazgo. El recobro de liamadas no opera si el origen es de una oficina central que no esta equipada con esta funcion. A dicionalm ente esta opcion no trabaja cuando el numero del partido se som etio a Call Forw arded, o sea una llam ada con program acion de envio a otro num ero.
