Windows Azure Core IO Workshop Windows Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) allows businesses to meet their changing needs through a flexible infrastructure that can scale on-demand. Geocent’s Windows Azure Core IO Workshop guides IT Professionals through strategies to best use Windows Azure IaaS. The workshop includes strategies and demos of Windows Azure IaaS in both fully cloud and hybrid environments. The workshop includes a review of services offered through the Windows Azure platform, including: IaaS, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Azure SQL, Azure Active Directory, and Storage. Review of strategies for cloud based backups and disaster recovery will show how organizations have best used the Windows Azure platform as an integral part of their infrastructure. IT professionals attending this workshop will leave with an understanding of what is offered in the Windows Azure Platform and how they can effectively use it to scale their current environments.
