These ceiling lights are connected to the distribution connector via Linect® T-connectors and WINSTA® cable assemblies. The pre-assembled distribution connector for series circuit is supplied via feed and switch lines, allowing the lights to be operated in two switching groups. The circuit is flexible, quick to set up and can readily adapt to new requirements using the pluggable connector system.

IDC flat cables provide general power supply (GPS) or safety power supply (SPS) to raised-floor boxes. For each type of supply, a flat cable line is installed in the raised floor and fed via supply modules. Tapoffs are created near the floor boxes using cable assemblies. These cable assemblies are connected to floor boxes via connectors that are 100% protected against mismating. Floor boxes with integrated snapin connectors can be purchased from our partners.

The WINSTA® distribution box is supplied using a connecting cable and may be wired for a wide range of applications. From the standard distribution box for separate circuits to impulse current circuit up to sunblind control, everything can be implemented with the WINSTA® distribution box. Lights or sunblinds are controled via switches. The connections are 100% protected against mismating and an application is pre-assembled for time-saving installation and expansion.

Three-phase power supply is fed as an energy bus to the room or container via WINSTA® connecting cable. Distribution to a 230V power supply is performed via pre-assembled distribution box. Power outputs are plugged into trunking outlets via pre-assembled interconnecting cables. Products of the BR netway® series are all equipped with WINSTA® connectors. The interconnecting cables are laid in dado trunking and simply plugged into the power outlets.

WINSTA® Distribution Box Individual – Customer-Specific For standard installations (e.g., single-pole switch, series and two-way circuits, as well as simple, single-phase or three-phase circuit distribution), the WINSTA® System provides a range of compact and cost-effective distribution boxes. More complex applications or combinations of the above-mentioned functions can be created quickly and easily using WINSTA® Distribution Boxes, providing a wide variety of fully customized applications. A large number of versions are available. A few examples can be found on the following pages. Of course, additional versions can be customized and produced-to-order. This is either provided by WAGO as a service or the customer may self-assemble as shown below.

Description: The WINSTA® Sunblind Box is a decentralized, stand-alone unit that controls 4 sunblind motors operated via standard switches. Output group configuration, operating time and “slat/sunblind” mode selection are performed via DIP switch. The boxes connect to a serial bus, allowing a higher-level control system to access up to 16 boxes connected to one bus segment.
