Yoga

Circuit Training

Intro to Pilates

Learn some basic poses that will get you moving in ways that will develop your strength, flexibility and balance. You’ll incorporate breathing techniques that will help to release stress and unwind.

From beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts, this class will suit you. We’ll set up a circuit consisting of resistance exercises combined with cardio stations that are sure to improve your health, increase your energy and decrease your stress.

Famous for developing strength, flexibility and coordination, not to mention flat abs., Pilates is appreciated by everyone from elite athletes to seniors. Pilates is similar to yoga but emphasizes your body’s core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, and inner and outer thigh.
