Expert Facilitator: Jill McIntyre Life, Business and Property Coach Jill McIntyre Consulting At 39 Jill was widowed with two young children to support. Her PAYG job wasn’t making ends meet – and change was needed. The ‘How’ to this equation was a hard call, and with it came more questions on ‘Where’ to start? Buying into an established Franchise business seemed to be a good fit. Building a strong clientele base around her retail store enabled her to then open a successful café. A huge learning experience was gained from developing good time management skills - delegating – strategies and forward planning. Discovering Personal Development certainly rattled Jill’s sub-conscious thinking, and with it came her understanding that we are taught WHAT to think, and not HOW to think in our forming years. On embarking with a mentor into a two-year property intensive, a very different world and way of thinking was unfolding for her. With her exposure and growth in both business and property – she was continually being asked to share her expertise and experience with others – via podcasts, webinars, products, joint venturing, presenting to networking group, and word of mouth. As a Life, Business and Property Coach, Jill’s clientele is wide spread through-out Australia. Her clients’ results are a testament of her high level of coaching skillset. From corporate companies to individuals, Jill motivates and kick starts growth in all areas of development.
