Registering Yourself and Your Guests
This is the breadcrumb trail, which will tell you how many remaining steps are left on the form.
You’ll register for yourself first, and then hit “next” to go to the page you can register your guests. Add each guest and hit “save guest.” Once you’ve saved your first guest, you’ll be able to add additional guests. If you hit “cancel,” it will only delete that guest, and you’ll still be able to continue filling in the form. Please be careful to enter all information accurately! • •
if you misspell a guest’s name, it will be printed that way on their nametag. If you make a mistake on the “which reunion class are you celebrating with” question, you will be offered incorrect pricing on the following page.
2
Selecting Reunion Packages After you’ve entered your guest information, you’ll be taken to the “Reunion Packages” page. For all adults 17+, you will either purchase a full-weekend package or purchase à la carte options. For children, only fullweekend packages are available. You will find them significantly discounted compared to à la carte pricing. The options displayed on this screen are customized based on what you told us on the first step of the form— for instance, what reunion class you are celebrating with and which days you plan to attend. If the wrong options are displayed, you may use the information on the first step.
button at the bottom of the page to go back and correct
As shown above, you must both click on the checkbox and select the desired package from the drop-down menu. The appropriate packages for each registrant and guest will be displayed based on the information you entered on the “Registrant” and “Guest” steps. Please note: once you have selected a package, you will be charged for it on the billing step even if you deselect the checkbox next to that name. If you change your mind after selecting a package, you must change the selection back to “please choose…” before deselecting the checkbox. If you receive an error message like the one below after clicking a package for yourself or one of your guests.
, it means you didn’t select
If you’re not sure which package(s) you should choose, visit our “Registration and Rates” guide at http://www.middlebury.edu/alumni/Reunion/rates.

Once you’ve selected the reunion package(s) you’d like, you will be taken to a page on which you can make a gift to Middlebury in honor of your reunion. Please do not type anything in the “gift amount” box unless you are sure you want to make a gift. It can be difficult to clear the box if you change your mind.
When finished on the giving page, click the “Save and continue” button. At this point, if you forgot to click the checkbox next to someone’s name on the “reunion packages” step, you will see an error message like this one:
and you will need to use the
button to fix the error.
