Frequently Asked Questions How do I go about making a booking? A provisional booking can be made and will be held for a maximum of 10 days, after this it will be automatically released unless a non-refundable deposit of £1,000.00 has been received to guarantee your booked date. When do we pay the remaining balance? After paying the initial £1,000.00 deposit at time of booking, a further payment of 25% of the total bill (less the deposit paid) is required 3 months prior to the Wedding date. A further then required no later than 7 days in advance of the Wedding day. Who will be our contact on the day? From the time of booking through to your big day, your dedicated Wedding Coordinator and experienced team will be on hand to assist you. Your Wedding Coordinator will act as your point of contact on the run up to the Wedding. Before the day, you will be invited to meet with the Host that will be looking after you on the day of the wedding to ensure that the day runs smoothly.

Is there a possibility of getting a bar extension past 1am? Yes, the hotel would require a minimum of 6 weeks notice in advance of the wedding date in order to apply for the extension. Wedding Terms and Conditions Booking deposit of £1,000.00 has been received from the client. Accommodation On payment of initial deposit, we will hold a maximum of 20 bedrooms for the date of the standard inland rooms including breakfast. Civil Ceremonies
A civil marriage involves a non-religious ceremony. Whether you choose to have a civil from the Superintendent Registrar.
