Our Event Suites We truly understand how unique this ceremony is to you both and we will assist you in any way possible. With this in mind we have a selection of event suites to host this most memorable ceremony and of course, the celebration afterwards. We are currently licensed for civil ceremonies in three of our event suites; the stunning Le Hocq Suite with panoramic views over Elizabeth Marina and St Aubin's Bay, the spacious Elizabeth Room with views over Elizabeth Marina and our versatile and expansive Rocco Tower Suite. celebrations. Book Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel for your Wedding and pay a deposit to secure the date. Organise the Wedding dress. Discuss entertainment and Wedding packages. Book the honeymoon early should you be planning to travel in peak season. Don’t forget to check your passport to ensure its validity for travel.

Book the wedding cars, photographer/videographer and evening entertainment. Make a list of guests to be invited to the Wedding. Order invitation cards and wedding cake. Decide on bridesmaids’ dresses and menswear for the groom’s men. Block book accommodation for your family/guests. Give revised guest numbers for full Wedding Reception along with expected number of evening guests. Arrange wedding gift list.

Visit clergyman or registrar again to decide on ceremony, if necessary organise letters of release should you wish to marry in another church. Choose and order your wedding rings. Finalise your honeymoon plans, if necessary arrange for any visas or vaccinations. Send out wedding invitations along with details of accommodation and wedding gift list. Make a note of acceptances and regrets as they are received. Choose presents for bridesmaids, best man and anyone else you would like to specially thank. Book bar extension with the hotel if required.

Frequently Asked Questions How do I go about making a booking? A provisional booking can be made and will be held for a maximum of 10 days, after this it will be automatically released unless a non-refundable deposit of £1,000.00 has been received to guarantee your booked date. When do we pay the remaining balance? After paying the initial £1,000.00 deposit at time of booking, a further payment of 25% of the total bill (less the deposit paid) is required 3 months prior to the Wedding date. A further then required no later than 7 days in advance of the Wedding day. Who will be our contact on the day? From the time of booking through to your big day, your dedicated Wedding Coordinator and experienced team will be on hand to assist you. Your Wedding Coordinator will act as your point of contact on the run up to the Wedding. Before the day, you will be invited to meet with the Host that will be looking after you on the day of the wedding to ensure that the day runs smoothly.

Is there a possibility of getting a bar extension past 1am? Yes, the hotel would require a minimum of 6 weeks notice in advance of the wedding date in order to apply for the extension. Wedding Terms and Conditions Booking deposit of £1,000.00 has been received from the client. Stage 3: A further 25% of the bill must be paid 1 month in advance of the Wedding day. Stage 4: Wedding Deliveries Wines, wedding cake etc are to be delivered to the hotel 24 hours in advance of the wedding date.

Accommodation On payment of initial deposit, we will hold a maximum of 20 bedrooms for the date of the standard inland rooms including breakfast. Cancellation of any of the allocated rooms must be received by the hotel 24 hours before arrival or full payment will be applied. Wedding Packages All inclusive packages apply to groups of over 50 seated guests. A minimum of 50 guests package is 30 people.

Civil Ceremonies

A civil marriage involves a non-religious ceremony. Whether you choose to have a civil from the Superintendent Registrar.
