SPRAY PLASTER DESCRIPTION National Spray Plaster is a ready to use material, which gives an even and ideal surface for the interior painting or other finishes. SPRAY PLASTER APPLICATION TECHNIQUES National Spray Plaster is ready for use but it can be diluted upto 10 % if required. Spray the first coat of National Coarse Spray Plaster and level it with steel edged spatula, then apply a coat of National Coarse or Medium Spray Plaster depending on thickness required and level it in the same mentioned manner, finally apply a coat of National Fine Spray Plaster, level it then apply a second coat if required. Max application thickness per coat: : 5 mm Coarse : 2 mm Medium : 1 mm Fine Steel spatula or putty knife can be used for small areas and touch ups. NOTE: Can use cement up to 15% to speed drying at low temperatures. For fairface, using alkali resistant primer gives enhanced results. MISCELLANEOUS DATA STORAGE

Then apply National Vinyl Silk Emulsion to the surface and allow dry for (6 - 8 hrs). Second coat apply National Antique Special Effect using one of the following methods depending on the desired effect: • Sponging Effect: Pour paint into roller tray and lightly dampen sponge before use. Lightly load sponge evenly with paint and apply using a gentle dabbing motion. • Stippling: Apply paint directly onto the wall using a stippling tool or using a brush or roller and then “stipple off” using a sharp bouncing action. • Rag Rolling: Apply paint evenly over surface with brush or roller. Gather lint free rag into a loose bunch and lightly roll or dab surface. Rags should be continuously shaken out and rinsed to avoid clogging. • Dragging: Apply paint by roller then lightly drag brush in even downward strokes. • Color Washing: Apply paint using a color wash brush or damp sponge in light random strokes over previously painted surface.

Apply a second coat as per first coat and after the finish has dried, polish by smoothing over the surface. To guarantee water-repellency and washability apply a clear topcoat based on pure acrylic binder after 4 - 5 days.
