15th Joint Vacuum Conference Vienna, June 15 - 20, 2014
http://www.iap.tuwien.ac.at/jvc15/ Invitation The organizers cordially invite you to the highlight of vacuum-related meetings in Central Europe in 2014, the 15th Joint Vacuum Conference, JVC 15. Vienna, situated in the heart of Central Europe is a vibrant city merging cultural heritage to scientific and economic progress. As a traditional meeting place for international cooperation, Vienna offers an excellent and stimulating environment for the conference. The high scientific merit of the event will attract participants from all over Europe. The venue of the conference, the 4 star superior Arcotel Kaiserwasser, provides excellent facilities for the smooth presentation of the scientific content, as well as for a small exhibition of vacuum equipment and related publications. The organizers have made special efforts to reserve a contingent of rooms at reasonable rates to allow also student participants to be accomodated at the conference site, thus facilitating the exchange of information with senior researchers throughout the meeting. World-renowned scientists will present plenary lectures, internationally acknowledged researchers will be invited speakers, and oral and poster contributions will provide insight into the state-of-the-art of science and technology in the fields powerfully affecting the way how we live and produce. For scientists, researchers, engineers, teachers and students interested or active in any vacuum-related topic, the JVC 15 meeting in Vienna is the place to be in mid June 2014.
2nd Announcement and Call for Papers Registration and abstract submission for the 15th Joint Vacuum Conference are now open. Please register online at http://www.iap.tuwien.ac.at/jvc15/registration. Submit your abstracts at http://www.iap.tuwien.ac.at/jvc15/abstract_submission Detailed information on the abstract submission process will be given below.
Scope http://www.iap.tuwien.ac.at/jvc15/scope
