Abstract—One of the levels of automation pyramid is monitoring level. Today makers of industrial controllers such as PLC or DCS, usually create monitoring for large industrial controllers with hardware modules by HMI card. For small industrial controllers such as miniPLC or ARM, this ability has not been created. For example, siemens cooperation for MiniPLC-LOGO only has been developed one text display to market and there wasn't capability of monitoring. By regarding that for low I/O, the use of MiniPLC is not expensive, so we use monitoring system for automation of a process. In this paper for the first time by using of an algorithm in labview software, all data have been received in HEX form and after that by decoding of information, all inputs and outputs have been monitored. Results of this research have been applied for SINTECH KHAZAR electro-motor making cooperation.

ndustrial automation systems have always had more important role in engineering and technical world, so they are used in control and monitoring of industrial processes. Industrial automation is a combination of different programmable logical controllers and human-machine interface. The purpose of using HMI systems in process control is creation of graphical interface for showing of operation and situation of the process, in a way that operator can arrange control parameters of system and can control machine's operation. One use of HMI for showing of alarms, machine situation, and turning on or off of system, monitoring and supervising of whole system. In these machines, in order to show and simulation of function and process of a system, user can use colors, images and different icons. Although, one can define access level for information of created pages. Use of these sets can decrease problems of low experienced operators. For performing of programs for this system, first we should use its software for creating the pages. Today, different softwares in industry are used to perform HMI systems such as Wincc,ProTool,Labview etc, that Wincc,ProTool software are for simenes cooperation and labview belong to national instrument cooperation,America. Labview software is one of the most powerful software in application programming and it is a software that its language is one level higher than all programming languages in world. It is specially written for laboratory and industrial works and also this software can be M. connected with deffierent softwares such as C and Matlab. The power of this software in complex calculations of mathematic and hardware connections are in a way that we must confess most laboratory and military tools that are expensive and the header of software technology of them is labview ,such as Magtrol set etc[1]. This software is a powerful software and it can be used for analyzing of measuring systems. Hardwares of national instrument cooperation are very expensive and power of buying and using of them is only for very large and expensive project. This software can be connected with the hardwares of industrial as follows: 1- By cards of national instrument cooperation, DAC and analogue and digital cards. 2- By GPIB cards and serial port 3- By different PLCs. NIPAC technology can optimum existed automation system by basic control system such as PLC. NIPAC can be used as a software package of labview. Labview and PACs can be added to an industrial system. This connection in labview are from ways such as industrial networks such as OLE,Modbus TCP,DeviceNet,CAN,Profibus by using of OPC. There are 3 ways for connection of labview and PLC: 1- By using analogue and digital input/output module made in national instrument cooperation. 2- By using industrial networks 3- By using OPC with Labview DSC.[2] In this article performing algorithm written in labview software can monitor one LOGO to 24 digital input, 16 digital output and 8 analogue input and made an information bank text and the second algorithm can read and monitor all the process in network. This work has been used in control of heat of a motor by mini PLC LOGO and monitoring of that is by labview software in SINTECH KHAZAR electro motor making cooperation. After this introduction, in the second part we describe this industrial process. Part 3 is shown the architectural relation of VISA with LOGO. In part4 ,the way of performing is described. At last ,the results have been shown. II. INDUSTRIAL PROCESS DESCRIPTION In

In created system by controlling of the process by a mini LOGO PLC that has been done by written program, user can see motors' heat simultaneously and compare heat graph of different canals of motors and also see this process in network. In this system, we use monitoring method with LOGO for the first time and also different canals' temperature and operation of motors have been monitored. And by the second algorithm one can monitor the process and correct function of vehicle by local network and also from internet. This project has been done for KHAZAR SINTECH electro

III. VISA ARCHITECTURE The architecture of VISA software, is the under layer of functions in VIs for labview. VISA is a high level API that performs a low level recalling. One can use VISA for controlling of vehicles such as VXI,GPIB, serial port and instruments that are active by computer. The main purpose of VISA is giving complete software in all levels, flexible and standard for working in automation industry. By making standards of interfaces between industrial softwares, all
