LCP’s Message. Honestly speaking , I can say that being an LCP is probably one of the best "jobs" in the world and it's so incomparable that cannot be replicated by any other available "jobs". It's also important to understand that nobody applies to be an LCP because of the position (and the ones that do are never or rarely elected). So if the reason you are applying now is the position or to be the “cool” guy and to give “cool “ speeches ,dressing like a boss , putting your name in the LC’s history , then you are in the wrong track and I suggest you to quit your dreams. If you are the one who applies because of many other reasons, including the opportunity of leading & inspiring a generation of young people/AIESECers to get closer to achieve "Peace & Fulfillment of Humankind's Potential" while living the AIESEC values, Then of course, you have all the power that will make your experience richer . Life is a book. You are on a big journey and you've to open and close chapters throughout it. Being an LCP is one of the those chapters in my life that is about to be finished and closed . I am so grateful that you opened this link of placation , because this shows that you do CARE about the LC Balti . Being an LCP is hard , but as nothing is easy nowadays , you will have a lot of setbacks and a lot of moments when you will fell like lost , without any power of striving for excellence and empowering someone , but at the end you will understand that you had the best year in your life and it was worth it . Me as LCP 16/17 , I cheer you for taking this brave step in your life, for being brave and curious for something new .

Job Descriptions Main Responsibilities 1.
Represent the LC at all national conferences ;
2.
Represent the LC at National General Meetings and at least at one International Conference as: EuroCo, EuroXpro , IC ;
3.
Attend local events: conferences , trainings , press-conferences ;
4.
To ensure the LC’s financial stability and full-rights membership in AIESCE balti ;
5.
To report monthly to the MCP about the work that was done to ensure that the plan is followed ;
6.
To make LC’s annual report and to present it among all partners and the university Rector ;
7.
Executive proper transition to the position successor ;

To maintain networking on national level;
9.
To represent the LC in front of the students during the official events ;

Job Descriptions Ensuring vision and direction for the whole LC 1. Leading the Local Entity towards the achievement of the organization’s Philosophy, Mission and Vision. 2. Assure the accomplishment of AIESEC Way within the Local Entity centering on a clear and responsible understanding of the AIESEC values, so on, 3. Guarantee the achievement of AIESEC’s Brand Promise. 4. Manage and orientate the curse of the Local Entity according to the AIESEC in Moldova Compendium and all its policies, the AIESEC in Moldova Constitution and the AIESEC in Moldova Ethics Manual. 5. Be the executive representative of the Local Entity into the General Assembly of AIESEC in Moldova and take an active role on the year construction and development of the national entity . 6.
Also driving LC planning process, strategy implementation ensuring and tracking, organize the EB elections in the LC by forming and leading Selection committees, choosing the best EB candidates to form a strong team .
