Experienced in applying scientific and engineering principles in the inspection of permitted and unpermitted petroleum storage tank facilities to protect human health & environmental quality.
Demonstrates the ability to understand basic principles & processes for petroleum storage tank facility design & operations.
Knows, from experience, the relative effectiveness of different types of petroleum storage tank & facility design & operation to prevent releases. Can read, interpret & analyze technical & operational documents & plans.
Recognized by coworkers as an expert in scientific & technical matters and is frequently consulted on complex technical issues. Serves on regional/state/national workgroups and provides technical input for program updates/changes.
