Can I connect a wireless router/hub in my network point?

Please be informed that it is not advisable to connect a wireless/software router on your network point as it violates the NUS Acceptable Use Policy for IT Resources (Clause 5.2 Network Connection Policy). If there is a need to connect your other devices to

Wi-Fi from your room, you may want to find alternatives to enable your other devices to access Internet without going through Wi-Fi. An improperly setup networking device like wireless router, could potentially disrupt the network services affecting the users in the same area.
