It aims to attract students to learn the material, especially material considered difficult students, this research goal is to develop medium of learning about computer hardware based on Adobe Flash CS5 to know the quality of learning media, the appeal of learning media based on responses teacher, the appeal of learning media based on observations, and the effectiveness of learning media. The development model used is employing methods of 3D (Three D Model). This type of research is the development of research (Research and Development). Data collection techniques: interviews, literature study and observation. The recapitulation of product quality assessment of media experts and subject matter experts indicate that the products developed included both criteria at all. The results of the research attractiveness based on observations showed the average of 0.81 or 81% with good criteria, which means that there are differences -rata average post test score between the experimental class and control class which shows that the average value of post test experimental class is higher than the value. The average posttest control class. It can be concluded that learning to use the computer-based instructional media hardware Adobe Flash CS5 proved more effective to support the teaching and learning process. 1. Introduction 1.1 Background Problems Education is a conscious effort planned to create a learning atmosphere and learning process [1-4] so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state [4-8]. One of the teacher's code of ethics is to create the best school atmosphere that supports the success of the learning process teaching so that they can achieve the learning objectives better and perfect [9-13]. In the current era, information and communication technology is growing very rapidly [14-17]. This also has an impact on the world of education, including in the media selection. One of the computer-assisted learning programs or often called Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI). Learning with computers has advantages such as attractiveness that arouses interest in children [18-19]. Through a computer, a learning program can be designed. It will later have an impact on the child's ability to operate the computer so that children are also not outdated by learning through computers. Based on this problem researchers want to develop learning media by using computers, learning media are expected to improve students' abilities, make learning interesting, and fun. 1.2 Problem Formulation Based on the description of the background of the problem above, the formula: 1. What is the quality of Adobe Flash CS5-based computer hardware learning media? 2. What is the attractiveness / response of students and teachers to media development? 3. What is the appeal of Adobe Flash CS5-based computer hardware learning media? 4. What is the effectiveness of Adobe Flash CS5-based computer hardware learning media? 1.3 Research Benefits and Objectives 1. Contribute to thinking in developing multimedia learning, especially the use of multimedia in developing learning media for computer hardware based on Adobe Flash. 2. As a reference for research activities on developing interactive learning multimedia products. 3. Produce Learning CDs in the form of developing learning media for computer hardware based on Adobe Flash CS5. 2421 *Corresponding Author: Muhammad Muslihudin, Email id: [email protected] Article History: Received: Aug 15, 2018, Revised: Sep 10, 2018, Accepted: Oct 04, 2018

2. Literature Review 2.1 Definition of Learning Learning is an effort made by the learner (teacher / instructor) with the aim of helping students to learn easily [3][6][9]. Learning media has several functions in learning, namely: 1) As a source of learning 2) Semantic functions 3) Fixative function 4) Manipulative functions 5) Distributive functions 6) Psychomotor function 7) Psychological functions 8) Socio-cultural functions 2.2 Definition of Computer Hardware Computer Hardware is a hardware device, which is an additional tool that can be installed into a computer [2][4]. Hardware is a series of electronic devices compiled on mobile phones that function interrelated. 2.3 Definition of Adobe Flash CS5 Adobe flash is an animation program that also supports programming with Action Script. Adobe Flash CS5 is one of the software that is in great demand by most people because its reliability is able to do everything related to multimedia, Adobe Flash CS5 is an improvement from the previous version, CS4 which has more complete features so that it will experience ease in creating animations / presentations

3.

Research Methods

3.1 Data Research Methods a. Interview In interviews conducted, namely on several instructors and experts on how to think with the development of learning methods about adobe flash-based computer hardware, as well as explaining the advantages and disadvantages of this method to represent whatever the author makes. b. Literature Review The author cites opinions and foundations from several sources including journals. c. Observation Data collection in this study Using Observations. Observations were conducted to determine the attractiveness of students towards the learning media that had been made on the choice of number ranges provided in the questionnaire. The way to observe is to put a check mark. Qualitative data in the form of criticism and suggestions presented by media experts, material experts, lecturers and students were compiled and extracted to improve this media product. Quantitative data was obtained from respondents through questionnaires and analyzed descriptively statistically through several stages. 3.2 System Development Methods This research was developed with a 3D development model (Three D Model). This model consists of 3 development stages, namely define, design, and develop or be modified into a 3-P model, namely defining, designing, and developing. The development phase that is used by learning media on computer hardware based on Adobe Flash CS5 only reaches the development stage. There are 4 steps of development, namely: 1. Define. In Define (the Defining Phase), the first step taken is analyzing the front end by analyzing basic problems and demands in the future. At the step of determining the potential of this problem researchers conduct field studies or observations to determine the condition of teachers and students, the media and learning resources used. At this stage observations are also carried out to support the selection of media that is appropriate and in accordance with the level of student learning. 2. Analysis. The next step is the analysis of students, in this analysis, analyze the age of students so that the cognitive abilities of students are known. 3. Design. Design Phase (Design Phase) researchers conduct pre-production stages, namely the preparation of material, evaluation questions and program scripts that will be made in the Adobe Flash CS5 program. Then the next step is to insert the program script into the computer and the finishing stage, which is packaging media in the form of Compact Discs (CDs). 4. Develop. In the Development Phase, the first step taken is to design Adobe Flash CS5 based computer hardware learning media. Expert judgment will be an input and improvement to revise the media so that it produces Adobe Flash CS5 based computer hardware learning media then validated by media experts and

material experts. Expert judgment will be input and improvement to revise the media so that the resulting media included in the criteria are very good / very feasible to be tested in the field. This trial is a limited trial for five STMIK PRINGSEWU students.

Design and Implementation

4.1 Designing The main objective obtained from system design is to provide a clear picture of learning flash-based computer hardware, because the linkages of elements in a system are basically to achieve a common goal before coding and implementation in the form of hardware learning program structures are as follows: 1. File with flash / swf format 2. When opened there is a learning module 3. Can be directly used for learning 4. To start learning click the start button 4.2 Implementation Module making process. Figure 1 shows design phase.

Conclusion and Suggestion

From the results of the discussion about the learning media that the authors made, it can be concluded that this module is very simple and easy to understand by users and also easy to operate on a PC windows, this module is very helpful for students and the general public who want to learn about computer hardware and can be implemented in everyday life. This learning module is still far from perfect including there are no clear guidelines and very few menus and as a result, the researchers hope that in the future there will be further development of this learning module in the future.
