A Connect Program for Online Students
Date: 27th April, 2014 Venue: IMT-CDL Head Office, Ghaziabad Time: 09:00 – 13:45 Hrs. IMT online programs are the premier programs amongst the courses offered at the Institute. The enrolled students constitute a very diverse group of students and the online classes have been a reflection of the high standards and creativity of the intellectual community. We invite you to the first Confluence programme at IMT CDL campus . This programme aims at bringing all the online students to their alma mater and on this occasion an expert group of faculty and practitioners will facilitate and kindle provoking thoughts on management skills and confer the way forward. The forum will also provide an opportunity to interact and network with peer group, faculty and industry veterans.
PROGRAM Inaugural Session on “Managerial Skills Way Forward” Managers inspire, motivate and engage employees so that team and business achieves results. Effective Managers understand, decipher and relate the organization’s vision, back to their employees and take them along while moving forward. Let us be there and participate in the discussison.

Session II : Coping in the VUCA Environment An in vogue managerial acronym VUCA - volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. Understanding and anticipating the impact of forces on business is a key to corporate survival. Managing VUCA is all about the ability to decode and device solutions. Let us explore further.
