A letter from your HOA President We have started to build quick-delivery homes and have them listed on the MLS. These are not resales or from folks who have defaulted on their contracts. Instead, we recognized a need in the market for people who do not have the luxury of time to build their home and need a place to move into quickly. In my effort to bring you up to date on the mail delivery in the community, the following information is current as of this writing: The Westgate and Bayside neighborhoods are receiving curbside mail delivery. We have ordered individual mailboxes for the Berkeley neighborhood and expect curbside mail delivery by the end of March. Remember, the post office determines when curbside mail delivery will commence in a new neighborhood, as it is solely at their discretion and in the best interest of the safety of their mail carrier. All remaining neighborhoods, including Berkeley, will be collecting their mail at the temporary cluster mailboxes located in the parking lot next to the Belvedere model in the Hampton neighborhood. Please stop by the sales office to pick up your mailbox key and get your assigned mailbox number. Sincerely, Niki Muscarella Project Manager and HOA President

Adrian Pelmus Tennis Director on the

As we work to develop the children in our community into the next great generation of tennis players, it is important to remember that a key factor for success with any player is the ability to control the racquet. Children under 10 years old clearly are not as strong as adults, and their arms are not as long. Thus, full-sized racquets simply don’t “fit.” To be successful, young players need a racquet that is the proper length and weight, with a grip size that fits their smaller hands. Children ages 5 to 8 should use racquets that are 19, 21, or 23 inches long, while children ages 9 to 10 should use racquets 23 to 25 inches long. If you have any questions, I am always happy to help you, as we shape our children as our future players.
